Possesses nearly 30 years of experience in the asphalt production and road construction industry. Initially served as coordinator and project manager for several road construction companies. From 2000 to September 2018, held the position of Technical Manager for the Americas at Shell Bitumen, as part of the Technology Leadership Team and recognized as the global bitumen emulsions expert for the Group. Currently provides consulting services to road sector companies in Argentina and Latin America.

Throughout this career, has delivered over 150 public presentations at conferences, industry associations, universities, and industry training days across Latin America, the USA, and Europe. Has also published more than 100 papers, articles, and technical brochures, including authorship of Chapter 9, «Bitumen Emulsions,» and co-authorship of Chapter 21, «Surface Treatments,» in the 6th edition of the renowned Shell Bitumen Handbook.

Currently holds the position of President of the Permanent Asphalt Commission of Argentina and serves as coordinator of the technical committee of pavements for the Argentinean Road Association, representing the country in Committee 4.1 of Pavements of the PIARC organization.
